The Niagara International Transportation Technology Coalition (NITTEC) is a coalition of multiple agencies in Western New York and Southern Ontario that share the goal of improving traffic mobility, reliability, and safety on the regional, bi–national, and multi–modal transportation network. The organizational and operational structure of NITTEC is defined through a Memorandum of Understanding.
