NY Route 33 Kensington Expressway Project (PIN 5512.52)
Description
The primary purpose of this project is to provide reasonable and feasible mitigation for identified quality of life impacts, while maintaining the important transportation link that Rt. 33 provides for regional traffic. The project's objective is to improve the visual quality and natural environment of the Humboldt Parkway neighborhoods by reasonably recreating a portion of the historic Olmstead–designed Humboldt Parkway and by providing a physical connection across the existing, below grade expressway.
